Not only will we guide you through each stage of the design and build process, but we will also pick apart and explain to you in detail the complexities behind every stage.

This will empower you to understand how and why your home is designed and built in a particular way, and help you make fully informed decisions when it comes to design choices and material selection.

2. MORE VALUE, LESS HEADACHES

We believe every home owner deserve the best bang for buck when it comes to their new home’s quality of finishing. What other companies usually call “extras” or “premium options”, we typically include them as part of our standard offerings.

Furthermore, our fixed priced contract policy will guarantee that there will be no hidden fees or price shocks later down the track.

Every Unicon Solutions home is subject to stringent quality assurance processes at each build stage, to ensure they are delivered with exact standards and consistency.

We stand by the quality of our homes, and will be happy to give you a free 90 day warranty service period after the completion of your new home for added peace of mind.

3. FAST AND EASY COMMUNICATION

We value the importance of transparent, two-way communication in order to deliver the best outcome for our clients at all times.

A dedicated project manager will be assigned to you for the duration of the build process. To make communication with us as seamless as possible, feel free to email, phone, Skype or arrange a meeting with us in person. If you cannot reach us right away, we will respond to you within 1 business day.

Furthermore, we are committed to continuous improvement, and will ask you to share your experience with us during each stage of the build process, so that we can act on your feedback without delay.
